Molina and Scheider in the ‘DTM Driver’s Seat’
It was an extremely close decision. That close that Spielberg will be the first DTM meeting with two drivers taking place in the ‘DTM Drivers’ Seat’. 21 percent of the users taking part voted for Miguel Molina and 21 percent for Timo Scheider. On Saturday, 01st August, the Spaniard will be accompanied by cameras and microphones in the cockpit of his Audi RS 5 DTM and on Sunday, 02nd August, it will be the turn of fellow Audi driver Timo Scheider. The ‘DTM Driver's Seat’ is a good omen, as BMW driver António Félix da Costa will confirm. The Portuguese enjoyed the same special observation on the Zandvoort weekend and celebrated his first win in the season.
